Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide us with your order number for proof of purchase. Please keep your proof of postage. We will request this if the return hasn't been received.
Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns.

Items sent back without contacting us first to request a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us at info@derise.co.uk and we will assess the product upon return and carry out the exchange process once the assessment is approved.
Derise London does not accept international exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
Changes to the Returns Policy
Derise London reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
